Fiona has led hundreds of women through their pregnancies over the past fifteen years, preparing them for birth and motherhood using the tools of yoga and the philosophy of the Eastern Wisdom Traditions.

Fiona is passionate about helping women reach their full birthing potential.

“I believe all women already know intuitively how to birth and nurture a baby. In many ways we need to unlearn and simply trust in our instincts.  Yoga artfully leads us back to this sacred knowledge and reunites us with the body’s innate wisdom and power. This is, indeed, the true meaning of Yoga.”

Fiona provides regular birth workshops/mentoring for couples in both group and private settings. She is particularly interested in helping mothers prepare for vaginal birth after a Caesarian section (VBAC).  

She is also delighted to offer her students beautiful ‘Blessingway’ ceremonies as an alternative to the traditional Baby Shower (please contact Fiona for more information

Fiona is a past teacher trainer in Women’s Health at Nature Care College in St Leonards, is a guest lecturer at the Jansen Newman Institute and has a Masters’ Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy (MCAP). Dip. Health (Advanced Yoga Teaching), MCAP, Specialist Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher
